Here is my submission for KWerner's Color Inspiration. I find myself watercoloring when the colors are a bit challenging for me. I guess that works, too.
I saw the idea on Splitcoast, so HERE is the link to the original card. I really like the template. Great idea!! And don't you just love this cute little frog? My 5-year-old loves frogs, so I thought of him when I made it. Here is the recipe for a 6 5/8" x 3 1/4" card:
STAMPS: A Flower for All Seasons, Family Phrases
CS: Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, DSP Old Olive, DSP Urban Garden, Whisper White
INK: StazON Black, Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, Baja Breeze
ACCESSORIES: 1" circle punch, antique brass eyelet, white taffeta ribbon
I was excited to get to stamp today. I wanted to scrapbook as well, but I had too many projects that I needed to finish before I started something new. (I know I have promised some scrapbooking classes once the New Year came, and I have lots of ideas, I just haven't gotten them on paper yet. So, don't give up on me. Check back often. I'll let you know as soon as they are done.)
TTFN,
Debi

This is sooo cute! Great clean design!
Deb! I really love the card!!! I was just looking at that set today in the catalog... I might have ordered if I just didn't spend a fortune on Catty's and forms... I did add in a few toys though..:)
I am with you the layout is amazing... I think I will have to make one my self... But it's you that made the card/layout color scheme ROCK!!!
Thanks for stopping by... I miss seeing your face... Thanks again for the inspiring words on a older post.. I really helped me get my mind in the right direction for my Christmas talk in church...
Hugs
Brooke
